Hey, it looks like the attached files are broken. The head is skewed and doesn't look like the photos.
I will solve it for you by attaching a .blend in the download file. Bringing the FBX into Blender is considered reverse engineering and breaks the file.
I prepared the .blend and an .fbx tested by me. Thank you very much!
